The sample package

POST PILOT — FICTIONAL FULL-SCOPE SAMPLE
12 captions + four-week publishing calendar. Prepared from facts F1–F9 in facts.txt. This is original demonstration copy, not work for a real business. No supplied images, posting, or advertising is included. Replace the fictional details before use.

WEEK 1 — MAKE THE FIRST REQUEST EASIER
1 / Monday / What to include
Thinking about an interior painting or small repair project? Start with a short description and a few photos. Tell us what you would like to change, and we can review the request before arranging an estimate. Cedar Lane Home Care serves homes within Cedar Bay city limits. Email hello@cedarlane.example to ask about an estimate.
Source: F1, F2, F3, F9. Optional customer-owned photo: the actual work area, with private details removed.

2 / Wednesday / What we do
Three ways we can help with your home project: interior painting, small drywall patching, and door-hardware replacement. Every request starts with checking the scope, so include the details that matter to you when you reach out. Send a description and photos to hello@cedarlane.example.
Source: F1, F3, F8, F9. Optional photo: approved image of a listed service; no invented before-and-after.

3 / Friday / Service area
Planning a project in Cedar Bay? Our service area is within city limits. Include your neighborhood or general location with your project description so we can confirm the request fits our area. Please send full address details privately, rather than in a public comment. Ask about an estimate at hello@cedarlane.example.

WEEK 2 — PAINTING QUESTIONS
4 / Monday / Choose your color
Have a paint color in mind? Bring that choice to your estimate discussion. You choose your preferred color; we agree the paint brand and finish as part of the estimate. If those details are still undecided, say so in your request. Tell us about the room at hello@cedarlane.example.
Source: F1, F3, F4, F9.

5 / Wednesday / Prepare the room
Before an interior painting visit, fragile belongings should be removed from the work area. Furniture arrangements are discussed before scheduling, so raise any access or moving questions when we plan the job. A little information up front helps us agree what the visit will involve.
Source: F5; the final sentence is a process observation, not a time or outcome guarantee.

6 / Friday / Agree the details
“Paint the room” can leave plenty to discuss. Which room, which color, and which finish? Send a description and photos when you ask for an estimate. We review the request and agree the scope before confirming work. Email hello@cedarlane.example.

WEEK 3 — SMALL REPAIRS, CLEAR BOUNDARIES
7 / Monday / Drywall patching
Have a small drywall patching request? Send photos and a description of the area. Our patching service does not diagnose moisture, electrical, or structural problems. If your question involves one of those issues, we refer it to an appropriate qualified professional before patching scope is agreed.
Source: F1, F3, F6, F8. No diagnostic or repair advice is offered.

8 / Wednesday / Door photos
For a door-hardware replacement request, two sides tell us more than one. Send photos of both sides of the door and the existing hardware. We need to check compatibility before agreeing the work. Ask about your project at hello@cedarlane.example.
Source: F7, F9.

9 / Friday / Confirm the fit
A photo is a starting point, not a promise that every replacement will fit. We check door-hardware compatibility before agreeing a job. Include the existing hardware in your photos and tell us what you would like to replace, so the estimate discussion starts with the right information.

WEEK 4 — MOVE FROM IDEA TO REQUEST
10 / Monday / Project checklist
Ready to ask about a project? Put these three things in your message: the service you need, a short description of the work, and photos of the area. For door hardware, include both sides of the door. Send your request to hello@cedarlane.example; availability and final scope are confirmed individually.
Source: F1, F3, F7, F8, F9.

11 / Wednesday / Ask before scheduling
Furniture arrangements for painting? A finish that is still undecided? Mention those questions in your estimate request. We discuss furniture before scheduling and agree paint brand and finish during the estimate. Clear questions help make the scope specific to your project.
Source: F4, F5; no promise of consultation outside the estimate.

12 / Friday / One clear next step
Interior painting, a small drywall patch, or a door-hardware replacement on your list? If your home is within Cedar Bay city limits, send a description and photos to hello@cedarlane.example. We review the request before arranging an estimate, with availability and final scope confirmed individually.
